“Cayman Man” is a portrait of Crosby Ebanks who is a native Cayman Islander. Crosby takes people on tours around Grand Cayman Island on his sailboat. While people are diving or snorkeling, Crosby cooks a traditional Cayman Island fish dinner for his crew. He breaks out his guitar when sailing on a run and sings Cayman Island, country western, and original tunes. This portrait depicts Crosby sailing and playing music on the boat he built himself.
