Flamenco Dancer

I visited Spain in 2005 and went to Seville to experience the distinct Andalusian culture – a traditional area of southern Spain. Flamenco dancing is truly an art form not to be missed. I painted this dancer at the end of one of her performances. Her passion for flamenco dancing is evident and I attempted to capture the high energy of dancing even in her still and final pose.
